EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE

We have internal and external communication channels through our pool of candidates, which is fed continuously in the electronic environment. This pool is used to fill open positions.
 
From the database in the pre-defined competency-based interviews our candidates is taken, according to the requirements of the position of candidate assessment practices following participation may be asked:
 
- Personality Tests
- General Ability Tests
- Foreign Language Tests
- Technical Training Tests
 
During the whole process with us, all candidates who got in contact with us are always informed about the outcome of our process development and all applications are assessed within the privacy policy.
